Photogrammetric Survey of the Medieval Bridge of Puente de Arco

Preliminary assessment of the current condition of the bridge, providing reliable documentation for the preparation of the intervention project for its restoration. The orthophotographs obtained make it possible to assess its condition, detect cracks, create pathology maps, take measurements, and calculate any potential deviations from vertical.
A 3D photogrammetric survey was carried out with a level of detail equivalent to a 1:20 scale. Due to the length of the bridge, approximately 70 metres, the orthophotographs were generated at scales of 1:50 and 1:100, providing: the road deck plan, support plan, upstream elevation, downstream elevation, profiles and plans of the arch intradoses, as well as two longitudinal sections of the parapets.
